Meet Terrence Alinde | Managing Director
Terrence brings together a strong technology background with a deep understanding of business and people. As Managing Director of Echo Uganda, he leads with the belief that the best technology partnerships begin by listening, understanding what people need, where they want to go and how Echo can help them get there.
He describes himself as “The Gardener”: someone whose role is to nurture relationships, plant ideas and create the conditions for people and businesses to grow. It's a philosophy that shapes the way he leads the Echo Uganda team and the relationships we build with our clients. For Terrence, technology is ultimately about creating meaningful, long-term value.
